Makeup Wishlist

Hi loves!

So it has come to the point where my wishlist has a few products I lust for to buy. I am a very visual person so I’m easily submitted over new eyeshadow palettes, cool packages and such. Who isn’t?

Having no regular income I rarely get to actually buy my wishlist products. But if I have managed to save some money along with my studies, my wish comes reality. I don’t usually even bother to spend so much money on a single product, so I have this method “If I forget the item, then I don’t really need/want it”. This helps so much and eases my mind.

Anyways, here it goes! A little list of the products that I have been graving on for a while now.

What products are you raving about at the moment? And have you tried any of these products? Let me know down below in the comment section.

3 Favourite Lipsticks Right Now

dav

Hi everyone! I have gathered my 3 favourite lipstick right now. For these shades I reach for on a daily basis.

  1. GOSH Velvet Touch Lipstick in the shade 005 Matt Classic Red
    dav
This shade is a very rich red. It’s neutral toned so it goes with everything and it is matte.

  2. The Balm Meet Matt(e) Hughes Long-Lasting Liquid Lipstick in the shade Sincere
    dav
A nude, dusty rosy shade. It’s a beautiful everyday liquid lipstick.

  3. NYX Lip Lingerie in the shade Ruffle Trim
    dav
A warm red/brown shade. It’s reminds me of cinnamon.

I would like to know your favourite lipstick at the moment… 🙂

My Sunday Beauty Routine

dav

Sunday is the day of relaxation and preparing yourself for the start of the next week, at least for me.

My Sundays beauty routine focuses more to the evening and concentrates on masks in particular.

So my Sundays morning beauty routine is actually pretty simple. I don’t wash my face in fact. I have pretty sensitive skin so I just leave my skin to be, calm itself down and suck all the rich serums and creams from the evening before. It sounds gross but my skin likes this once a week brake.

As the evening approaching I start with my hair. Two hours before showering I lather my hair in Pure Organic Coconut Oil (any organic coconut oil will do). My hair is pretty dry and naturally wavy but also thin. That’s why I do this only once a week.

In the shower I scrub all the dead skin from my body with the Flow Cosmetics Coconut & Lemon Himalayan Salt Scrub. I tell you, the scent of this is so divine. It’s like a very lemony, rich cheesecake scent, oh my. The Himalayan salt helps remove toxins out of the body and the coconut oil moisturizes the skin so well that you don’t actually need to put body lotion afterwards. This is a huge plus because I am very lazy when it comes to moisturizing my hole body.

For the face I use Flow Cosmetics Lingonberry Enzymatic Peeling Powder Mask when I want a gentle exfoliation. The Enzymatic mask is a powder that you just combine with water and mix into a paste. I add rose hip oil into it when I want a more moisturizing effect. By doing that it is a moisturizing mask and an exfoliator all at once. And when I want a more effective exfoliation I use the Clinique 7 Day Scrub Cream Rinse-Off Formula. The consistency of the Clinique exfoliator is grainy and creamy. It also has coconut oil so it’s slightly moisturizing too. I love both of these products and I go with either one depending on my skins condition.

Since the enzymatic mask already has kaolin in it there’s no need to use the next product sent from the beauty gods afterwards.

So after the Clinique exfoliator I usually follow up with the Flow Cosmetics Cloudberry-Mint Facial Mask Powder, which has green and rhassoul clay in it. This is also a powder that you just mix with some water in a cup and it turns into a paste. The Cloudberry-Mint Mask sucks up the sebum really good and keeps pimples at bay. If I have ever felt too lazy to put this face mask on, I notice a drastic change on my skin and it’s not a good one.

Whether I’m feeling dry I use my beloved Korres Wild Rose Instant Brightening Mask. I am so happy to have discovered this mask! It’s soothing, moisturizing and brightening. This mask is great to use when skin is irritated. The rose oil calms down the redness and it makes your skin feel super soft.

After the cleanse I just follow up with my usual skin care routine. I will do a more specific skin care routine after I have found the products that really work for my skin and that I really do love.

Do you have any favorite Sunday pampering products?

The Start

Hello for the first time. I am Heidi. I am really exited to finally start my very own blog.

My site is shortly about lifestyle and beauty. It consists of my makeup and beauty obsessions and my life. I have always had a passion for beauty related goods. When I was a kid my mother used to have her makeup vanity cramped with lipsticks and perfumes. I was so exited to watch her use her beloved Lancome lipstick and apply some mascara.

As for me, I am 24 years old and I’m from Finland. Currently I live in an apartment with my boyfriend. We own a beautiful baby bunny Luna. She makes her absolute best to cheer our days. I am half Chilean and Finnish, a big sister, a cinnamon bun lover and a teaholic. I have a degree in audiovisual communications and currently I am studying sales and customer service. Also, I have an unconditional love for fashion. This was somewhat shortly my background.

So welcome to my site! Hope you enjoy it here.

Till next time.
